SKIN CANCER PREVENTION
Skin cancer is the most common cancer in humans. In recent decades, a significant and steady increase in frequency has been observed.
Above all, the sunlight exposure in the private but also professional field is to blame for this. In addition to the protection against excessive UV exposure, the early detection of skin cancer is of central importance, as it is curable with timely diagnosis and adequate therapy.
We offer in addition to the clinical examination with the naked eye the reflected light microscopy (dermatoscopy) that allows to detect fine structures of skin changes particularly accurate and evaluate.
Videodermatoscopy (Fotofinder®) is a complementary study that helps to assess changes in the skin especially well over the course of time. So changes are recorded early on and then possibly cut out.
